PASh-2 crossing gate is an integral part of a complex of devices for fencing railways at their crossing with roads and, in some cases, urban transport communications, and is intended for fencing crossings.
The gate package includes a barrier bar with a counterweight and an electric drive, which is connected directly to the railway control system.
The main design differences from the crossing gate PASh-1 are the following:
- the vertical layout of the electric drive of the gate allows not to close the crossing during the inspection and maintenance of the gate and to carry it out in a more comfortable working position

one-piece fiberglass barrier bar provides electrical insulation, lightning protection, simplicity of design and weight reduction

closed-type cylindrical stand for additional protection of the input cable from external unauthorized access and improved ergonomics

the location of the counterweights on the frame on one side relative to the electric drive allows to safely inspect or maintain the gate at any position of the barrier bar, without closing the crossing

coating of welded structures of the gate with hot zinc to improve anti-corrosion properties;

housing on the electric drive made of plastic to increase the protection of the electric drive from the environmental factors, as well as to improve the aesthetic ergonomics of the product
