The workpiece is manufactured using dies mounted on crank presses with a force of 100 tons. Further, the workpiece goes through the stages of washing, degreasing and phosphating in special chemical solutions. The coloring of the base occurs using powder spraying, followed by polymerization in a furnace. With the help of silk-screen printing, an image is applied to a painted workpiece, followed by firing in a furnace.
