DESCRIPTION

Rolling stock derailment control device UKSPS is intended for electric interaction with assistant station master checkout equipment and with home signal control package which allows or disallows train moving from plain track to the station depending on device circuit condition.

UKSPS characteristic properties:

  • the device belongs to complementary tools of railroad trains safe running improvement

  • UKSPS is mounted in front of light-signal over a distance equal to freight train maximum length plus 200 m

  • equipment is fastened on timber sleeper or on timber sweep at a distance min 1 m from the jump joint

  • on the route sections with concrete sleeper instead of concrete sleeper timber sleeper or timber sweep is laid

  • sensor base stand is connected to the timber sleeper with the use of screw track-spikes 24х170 as per GOST Standard 809-71

  • bulkheaded fingers are fastened to the sensors with the use of purpose-built coupling nuts with a junk-ring
