DESCRIPTION

Electro-pneumatic brake regulated transistor converters PТ-EPТ-50S (PТ-EPТ-75S) are installed on railway engines with voltage from 50 V to 75V for Accumulator bench electrical energy conversion into DC voltage for the brakes process working control and alternating potential for signal path integrity checking which controls braking action. The device is a modernized analogy of current transistor converters PT-EPT-50, PT-EPT-50M, PT-EPT-75 and is used as PT-EPT-50, PT-EPT-50M, PT-EPT-75 changing.

Hardware details:

  • guard group which avoids output voltage congestions and short-circuit failures (by DC- and AC voltage)

  • input voltage jump guard (above 70 – 100 V)

  • automatic repair after debugging which caused alternating potential output protection operation

  • is totally compatible with the current equipping
