Re-railing ramp «Humpback» shoes, titanium welded 300TS

Titanium re-railing ramp «Humpback» shoe is used for lifting (rolling) derailed rolling stock onto the rails.

Technology

The set of shoes is made according to TS 3185-001-90799403-2014 from titanium sheet metal grade VT1-0 by welding in shielding gases.

Convenience

The shoes have a width that allows to grip the re-railing wheels at a greater distance, as well as higher guides than other manufacturers' cast Humpbacks.
The shoes are fixed on the track with wedges and hooks. It is not required to nail the shoe to the sleepers. Dismantling after rolling takes a little time. The shoe has carrying handles and fastenings for the wedge and hook so that they do not get lost during storage and transportation.

Reliability

The re-railing shoe is firmly fixed on the track and is protected from theft by means of a hook and a wedge. For additional protection against theft, hooks for the sleeper are provided in the design. The shoe is designed for repeated impact of the load from the wheels of locomotives or loaded wagons.

It is used on rails of types R43, R50, R65, R75, on tracks with wooden or reinforced concrete sleepers.
