Technology

The set of shoes is made from steel rolled sheet 10HSND, 09G2S and round rolled sheet 09G2S by welding in shielding gases.

Simplicity and convenience

The shoes are fixed on the track with wedges and hooks. It is not required to nail the shoe to the sleepers. It is not required to clean the sleeper box and the space under the rail sole from the road metal. It is enough to clean the upper face of the sleeper (especially important in winter). Dismantling after rolling takes a little time. To facilitate the loading and unloading of the shoes into the vehicle and carrying the shoes to the place of their use, handles are provided. The re-railing shoe and adapter are firmly fixed on the track and protected from theft by means of wedges driven in opposite directions. For additional protection against theft, hooks for the sleeper are provided in the design. The geometry of the structure ensures even distribution of the load on the support points of the shoe, which prevents it from tipping over. The shoe withstands the load from the wheel of a locomotive or a loaded wagon.

It is used on rails of types R43, R50, R65, R75, on tracks with wooden or reinforced concrete sleepers.
