Re-railing ramp «Angle fishplate» shoes, steel welded 512TS

Titanium re-railing ramp «Angle fishplate» shoe is used for lifting (rolling) derailed rolling stock onto the rails.

Technology

The set of shoes is made from titanium sheet metal grade VT1-0 by welding in shielding gases. The adapters are made from steel rolled sheet 10HSND, round rolled sheet 09G2S by welding in shielding gases.

Simplicity and convenience

The lightest full size shoe currently in use on broad gauge railways! The shoes are fixed on the track with wedges and hooks. It is not required to nail the shoe to the sleepers. It is not required to clean the sleeper box from the road metal, it is enough to clean the upper face of the sleeper (especially important in winter!). Dismantling after rolling takes a little time. To facilitate the loading and unloading of the shoes into the vehicle and carrying the shoes to the place of their use, handles are provided. The shoe and adapters have fastenings for the wedge so that they do not get lost during storage and transportation. The small weight and space saving dimensions of the shoes in most cases allow them to be installed in constrained conditions under the derailed rolling stock.

Reliability

The re-railing shoe and adapter are firmly fixed on the track and protected from theft by means of wedges driven in opposite directions. For additional protection against theft, hooks for the sleeper are provided in the design. The shoe withstands the load from the wheel of a locomotive or a loaded wagon.

All-purposeness

It is used on rails of types R43, R50, R65, R75, on tracks with wooden or reinforced concrete sleepers.

Quality

To ensure through penetration, welds are made with preliminary cutting of the edge. The geometry of the structure ensures even distribution of the load on the support points of the shoe, which prevents it from tipping over.

Warranty and service life

The manufacturer's warranty obligations are 24 months from the start of operation, but not more than 36 months from the date of shipment. The service life of a set of shoes is min 10 years. During the warranty period, the manufacturer provides free repair of products.
