At the instructions of JSC "Russian Railways", as part of the research and development work, JSC "Trans-Signal" developed modern crossing traffic light signals of the NKMR SP. 676658.031 TC
The main goal of this development was to ensure that the characteristics of crossing traffic light signals meet the requirements of the Interstate Standard GOST 33385-2015 “Public automobile roads. Road traffic light signals Technical Requirements (GOST R 52282-2004, GOST R 52289-2004).
Additionally, the manufacturer managed to implement a number of modern developments and guarantee higher functional performance:
Increased safety level at crossings. Provided with increased brightness of LED light-optical systems and elimination of cases of catastrophic failures due to multiple redundancy of each light unit, instead of one incandescent lamp. False signals due to the reflection of sunlight and light from headlights or spotlights are excluded. The ability to adjust the traffic light head in 2 planes is implemented. The built-in acoustic warning system has a main and backup channels, a sound pressure control system.
Simplified maintenance and vandal resistance. In the polymer execution of the crossing traffic light SP NKMR. 676658.031 TC SSS and modern redundant sound sources are simultaneously placed - IA with sound pressure control, which increases the resistance to external influences of the entire system as a whole. For technical work, there is no need to dismantle the SSS and detectors from the mast, as in old crossing traffic light signals, all measurements can be made by opening the rear panel of the housing.
Increased service life, corrosion resistance and resistance to UV radiation. The body of the traffic light LED head is made of composite materials using SMC technology, and all elements of the mast and fasteners are coated with hot zinc Gor Ts100, and do not require touch-up during the entire service life (20-25 years).
All-purposeness Traffic light control systems are fully compatible with existing automatic crossing signaling systems (APS). There is a technical possibility of placing crossing traffic lights of the SP NKMR. 676658.031 TC both on the foundation and on the barrier.
Traffic lights are successfully operated on all 16 railways of the Russian Railways, i.е. in all climatic zones of our country, including the regions of the far north.
Currently, crossing traffic light signals of Trans-Signal JSC are the only products of crossing traffic signaling that have proof of functional safety, confirmed by an accredited testing center.
